Handover cleaning is usually booked alongside other work on an empty property. We can run deep cleaning on the kitchen and bathrooms, handyman repairs for the snags a landlord will flag, and pest control before new tenants move in.
Move In Cleaning
Cleaned before your furniture arrives, which is the only time every cupboard, wardrobe and skirting board is genuinely reachable. Technicians clean cupboard interiors, wardrobes, bathrooms, kitchen units, window tracks and AC vent faces. Properties that have sat empty during a Dubai summer collect dust and stale humidity, so ventilation is part of the job.

Move Out Cleaning
Booked after the removal van leaves and before the inspection. We clean the property back towards the condition it was handed to you in: kitchen units degreased inside and out, bathrooms descaled, floors done, marks removed from walls where the paint allows. The photo report gives you dated evidence for the deposit conversation.

End of Tenancy Cleaning
Scoped around what agents actually inspect in Dubai: kitchen appliance interiors, cupboard interiors, bathroom limescale, grout, balcony, and marks on walls and skirting. We work from a room-by-room checklist and hand back photos of each area. Useful whether you are the outgoing tenant, the landlord, or the agent arranging it between the two.

Empty Property Cleaning
For units sitting vacant between tenants, or ready for viewings and photography. An empty property cleans faster and more completely, so this is the efficient moment to do it. If DEWA and the chiller are disconnected, tell us at booking, because no water or power on site changes the equipment and method we bring.

Kitchen Deep Clean
The room that decides most handover inspections. We degrease cupboard doors, handles, tiles and the extractor, clean inside and on top of every unit, and work the hob, splashback, sink and taps. Grease film on high cupboard tops is routinely missed by outgoing tenants and routinely spotted by agents, so it is always in scope.

Bathroom Deep Clean
Limescale on shower glass and taps is the other common inspection failure. We descale glass, screens, taps and shower heads, work the grout lines and silicone joints, sanitise the WC, basin and floor, and clean the extractor grille and mirror edges. Cabinet interiors and under-basin areas are included in the handover scope.

Balcony Cleaning
Dubai balconies collect sand, road grime and bird mess, and dust bakes onto tiles and railings in the heat. We wash the floor, clean the railing and glass balustrade, clear the drain point and wipe down the door track. Handover inspections regularly flag the balcony, so it is worth including rather than assuming it counts as outdoors.

Fridge Cleaning
For built-in or landlord-owned fridges that stay with the property. We empty and clean the interior, remove and wash shelves and drawers, wipe seals and the door gasket, and clean underneath and behind where the unit can be moved. Defrosting takes time, so tell us in advance and switch the unit off before the visit.

Oven Cleaning
Burnt-on carbon does not come off with a routine wipe. We remove racks and trays to soak them, treat the interior, door glass and seal, and clean the exterior and control panel. Ovens are one of the first things checked at handover, so this is often booked on its own even when the rest of the property is fine.
