Booking a regular clean is the easiest way to keep on top of a home. If the property has been left a while, or you are handing it back to a landlord, start with a deep clean or an end-of-tenancy clean instead, and add sofa and carpet cleaning if the upholstery needs attention.
Maid Service
A maid service in Dubai on the schedule you choose — hourly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The cleaner is employed by Nacravo and background-checked, and we keep the same person on your address wherever the schedule allows, so you are not briefing someone new every visit. Cleaning materials and equipment come with them. You approve a fixed price before the first visit, and you can change or pause the schedule by WhatsApp.

Regular Cleaning
A recurring visit that keeps a Dubai home ahead of the dust. Technicians work a room-by-room checklist covering floors, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. Fine sand settles quickly here, so skirting boards, window ledges and AC vent faces get attention as well. We keep the same team on your address wherever the schedule allows.

Apartment Cleaning
Studios through to four-bedroom apartments. We plan the visit around the layout you actually have: a galley kitchen, a shared bathroom, a balcony that collects dust from the road. Technicians follow building access rules, use the service lift where required, and carry their own materials so nothing needs to be stored in your flat.

Villa Cleaning
Villas need a bigger team and a longer visit. We scope the work by floors, bathrooms and outdoor areas before quoting, so the crew size matches the property. Marble and natural stone are cleaned with pH-neutral products rather than acidic descalers. Staircases, guest bathrooms, majlis areas and maid rooms are included when you want them in scope.

Weekly Cleaning
The most common choice for occupied family homes in Dubai. A fixed weekday slot, a consistent scope, and a team that learns your home instead of starting from scratch each visit. Weekly frequency keeps bathroom limescale and kitchen grease from building up, which is what usually forces an expensive deep clean later.

Monthly Cleaning
A heavier visit spaced further apart, suited to smaller households, frequent travellers and homes that stay largely unused. Because a month of dust and humidity has had time to settle, the scope leans towards detail work: inside cupboards, behind appliances, tile grout, and glass. We agree the checklist in advance so the visit is not rushed.

Steam Cleaning
High-temperature steam lifts grease and soiling without soaking a surface in chemicals. It suits tile grout, bathroom joints, kitchen splashbacks, mattresses and upholstery. Dubai humidity means fabrics need to dry properly, so technicians control moisture, ventilate the room, and tell you how long to leave the item before use.

Eco Cleaning

Townhouse Cleaning
Townhouses sit between apartments and villas, and quoting them as either one gets it wrong. We count the floors, the bathrooms, the staircase and the small garden or terrace, then size the visit accordingly. Shared boundary walls and rear yards collect a lot of sand, so outdoor surfaces are worth including in the scope.

In-home Ironing
Ironing done at your address, so nothing leaves the property and nothing gets mixed up with another household's laundry. Add it to a cleaning visit or book it on its own. The technician works from your board and iron where you prefer, or brings equipment if you would rather not supply it. Finished items are hung or folded as you ask.
