A deep clean is a reset, not a routine. Most customers follow it with regular home cleaning to hold the standard, and book specialist upholstery or carpet work at the same visit. If you are moving out, the move-out clean is the version built around handover inspections.
A full reset of a Dubai flat, room by room. Technicians move what can safely be moved, clean behind and underneath, degrease the kitchen, descale the bathrooms and work the grout. Balcony glass, door tracks and AC vent faces collect sand dust and get specific attention. Longer than a routine visit, and scoped so nothing is skipped.
Multi-floor properties need a crew, not a pair. We scope by floors, bathrooms, kitchen size and outdoor areas, then send a team sized to finish in one visit. Marble, natural stone and hardwood are treated with pH-neutral products. Staircases, balustrades, guest bathrooms, maid rooms and terraces are included when you want them in scope.
Cooking oil builds an invisible film across cupboard doors, handles, tiles and the extractor. We degrease all of it, clean inside and on top of units, pull out what can be moved, and work on the hob, splashback and sink area. Appliance interiors such as the oven, microwave and fridge can be added to the scope.
Dubai water leaves limescale on glass, taps and shower heads, and humidity encourages mould in silicone joints and grout. We descale the fittings, work the grout lines, clean the shower screen back to clear, and sanitise the WC, basin and floor. Extractor grilles and mirror edges are done as part of the same visit.
After a fit-out or renovation, fine cement and gypsum dust settles into every track, vent and joint and keeps reappearing for weeks. We clear debris, vacuum thoroughly, wipe down all surfaces and repeat passes on the areas that hold dust. Paint specks, adhesive residue and protective film on fittings are removed where the surface allows.

A deep clean goes after what has accumulated: grease inside and on top of kitchen units, limescale on glass and taps, grout, silicone joints, and the areas behind and beneath furniture. It takes longer and usually needs more technicians.
It depends on cooking habits, occupancy and how often the home is maintained in between. Homes with heavy cooking and several occupants need it more often than a lightly used one-bedroom. A practical approach is a deep clean when you notice grease or limescale returning, then regular visits to hold the standard.
For kitchen deep cleaning, emptying cupboards lets technicians clean the interiors properly. If that is not practical, tell us and we will focus on exteriors, tops and the areas around them. Clearing valuables and fragile items from worktops before the team arrives always helps.
Technicians move what can be shifted safely by hand so they can clean behind and underneath. Heavy or built-in appliances, and anything plumbed or fixed in place, are cleaned around rather than pulled out. If something specific needs moving, mention it when you book so the crew is sized for it.
Often, but not always. Fine cement and gypsum dust keeps settling out of the air after the first clean, so a second pass a few days later is sometimes sensible. We will tell you honestly at quoting stage if we think the property will need more than one visit.
Yes. Marble, travertine and other natural stone are cleaned with pH-neutral products, not acidic descalers, which can etch the surface permanently. Tell us at booking which surfaces you have so the technicians arrive with the correct materials rather than substituting on site.
