The unit is sized to the room so it can actually hold temperature without running flat out. The drain line is set to a proper fall so condensate runs away instead of backing up into the room. Pipework is run cleanly, flared properly and pressure-tested for leaks. Mounting is secure and level, and the electrical connection and safety checks are done before power-up.
Installation is not finished when the unit is on the wall. We pressure-test the pipework, check for refrigerant leaks, verify the drain runs freely, then commission the system — confirming it reaches temperature, the airflow is right and the controls work — before we hand it over. You get documentation of the commissioning checks.

Where the opening and the building's rules support it, yes. Some buildings and towers do not permit window units — send a photo of the opening and we will confirm whether it is feasible before quoting.
Yes. We reinstall existing units after a move or refurbishment, including re-running and pressure-testing the pipework, setting the drain fall and recommissioning the system.
