Terms of Service

1. Company Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by Nacravo LLC ("Nacravo", "we", "us" or "our") and your use of our website at www.nacravo.com. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to book our services. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request service at the property in question.

3. Service Availability

Nacravo provides residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, villa and office cleaning, post-construction and holiday-home cleaning, window cleaning, pest control, AC servicing, plumbing, electrical work, painting, handyman services and annual maintenance contracts. We currently focus on Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and DIFC. Services are subject to availability and to the scope confirmed in your quote. Our operating hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (GST/UAE).

4. Bookings & Quotes

You can request a service by WhatsApp, telephone, email or our website form. We provide a fixed quote based on the details you give us, including property type, size and scope. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the service, price and time with you. If the actual scope differs materially from what was described, we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.

5. Payments, Invoices & Taxes

The price we quote is the price you pay for the agreed scope; any urgency surcharge is shown upfront. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing, for example under an annual maintenance contract. We issue invoices for completed work on request. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, in accordance with UAE law.

6. Scheduling & Rescheduling

We offer a scheduled arrival window and will notify you when our team is on the way. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Rescheduling with reasonable notice is free of charge.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation timeframes, late-cancellation fees, refund eligibility and service credits are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: cancellations made with adequate notice are free; late cancellations or no-access visits may incur a fee that reflects the cost of the reserved slot and team.

8. Late Arrival & Access

We aim to arrive within the agreed window and will keep you informed of any delay. To carry out the service, our team needs safe and timely access to the property. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, or are kept waiting beyond a reasonable period, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Access — provide safe access to the property and the areas requiring service, including any keys, passes or entry instructions;
• Pets — secure any pets that may interfere with the work or the safety of our team;
• Hazards — inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or areas needing special care before work begins;
• Utilities — ensure working electricity, water and lighting are available where the service requires them;
• Valuables — store away cash, jewellery and irreplaceable valuables.

10. Property Damage & Liability

Nacravo is licensed and insured, and our technicians are trained and employed by us. If we cause damage through our negligence, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we will investigate promptly and put things right in line with our insurance and warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nacravo is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, items not disclosed as fragile, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Every cleaning visit includes a before-and-after photo report. If something is not right, contact us within 48 hours and we will review the photo report and re-attend to correct the issue at no additional charge, subject to the original agreed scope.

12. Force Majeure

Nacravo is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility failures, government restrictions, building access limitations, or other force-majeure events. Where such an event occurs, we will work with you to reschedule.

13. Intellectual Property

The Nacravo name, logo, website design, text, images and photo reports are the property of Nacravo LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Before-and-after photos taken for quality assurance remain our property; we will not publish images that identify you or your property for marketing without your consent.

14. Website & Google Services

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and related services to operate, measure and improve performance, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to use our website in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website at any time.

15. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We aim to resolve any concern quickly and fairly — please contact us first so we can help. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
