Data Deletion Request

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including your name and contact details, enquiry/quote/booking records, service notes and correspondence, marketing preferences, and any data associated with a Google account you connected via OAuth.

2. Deletion Options

You can request any of the following. Select the matching option in the form below:

• Delete account & all personal data — remove your records from our systems (subject to legal retention exceptions in section 5).
• Delete Google connection — disconnect your Google account and delete associated data; you can also revoke access directly (section 6).
• Delete marketing data — remove your marketing preferences and analytics/advertising associations.
• Delete cookies — clear the cookies and consent record stored on your device (self-service, section 7).

3. Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we verify every deletion request before acting on it. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address or phone number associated with your records, so that we do not delete or disclose data to the wrong person. We use the information you provide only to process your request.

4. Timeframes

We acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or we need more information, we will let you know and keep you updated.

5. Exceptions

We may need to retain certain information where the law requires it — for example, invoices and financial records kept for at least 5 years for UAE tax purposes, or data we must keep to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Where an exception applies, we will delete everything we can and explain what must be retained and why.

6. Revoke Google Access & Disconnect

If you connected a Google account to Nacravo, you can revoke our access at any time:

• Go to your Google Account → Security → Third-party access;
• Select Nacravo and choose Remove access — this revokes the OAuth tokens immediately;
• To also delete data already held, submit the form below and choose "Delete Google connection".

7. Delete Cookies On This Device

You can clear the cookies and consent record this site stored on your current browser right now. This resets your cookie choices and you will see the consent banner again.

8. Submit a Data Deletion Request

Complete the form and we will open a secure email with your request. Please attach any supporting document in your email client if requested.
