Dripping mixers, running cisterns, blocked kitchen and bathroom drains, loose traps and leaking flexible hoses. Dubai water heaters and concealed cisterns often fail at the seals first, so we check the whole run rather than only the visible drip. Any part is shown to you before it is fitted.
Sockets that stop working, tripping breakers, faulty switches, replacement light fittings and dead extractor fans. We isolate the circuit at the DB before touching anything and test the point again once the repair is finished. Landlord and tenant handover snags are welcome as a single job list.
Single walls, full rooms, ceilings and skirting. Most Dubai flats need filling and sanding first where picture hooks, curtain brackets and furniture have marked the plaster. We sheet the floor and furniture, prime the patched areas, then paint so the repair does not flash under the finished colour.
Flat-pack wardrobes, beds, desks, dining sets and storage units built to the manufacturer's instructions. Tall units are anchored to the wall where the design calls for it. We bring our own tools, take the packaging out of your way and check drawers, doors and runners before we leave.
Fixed, tilting and full-motion brackets fitted to blockwork, concrete or plasterboard using the correct fixings for that wall. We agree the height and centre line with you first, level the bracket, then route and tidy the cables. Bring your own bracket or ask us to source a suitable one.
Cylinder swaps, handle sets, bathroom privacy locks and cupboard locks. Landlords changing locks between tenancies and residents dealing with a stiff or worn cylinder are the two most common calls. We measure the existing lock, show you the replacement before fitting and test the key on both sides.
Floating shelves, bracketed shelving, kitchen racks and wardrobe internals. We locate services in the wall before drilling, use fixings rated for the load you describe and set everything level along a marked line. Tell us what will sit on the shelf so we specify the right fixing.
Doors that catch on the frame, dropped hinges, failed closers, sliding wardrobe doors off their track and loose handles. Swings and slams often come down to hinge alignment rather than the door itself, so we adjust first and replace only what is genuinely worn. Balcony and bathroom doors included.
New fans fitted, old fans removed and wobbling fans rebalanced. The ceiling box has to carry the moving load, so we check the fixing point before mounting rather than after. Speed control, pull cords and remote receivers are wired and tested, and we run the fan through every speed.
Heavy pendants and multi-arm chandeliers over stairwells, dining tables and villa double-height voids. We confirm the ceiling fixing and drop height with you, assemble on the ground where possible, then lift and wire the fitting. Existing chandeliers can be taken down, cleaned and rehung on the same visit.
Old silicone in Dubai bathrooms goes black and lifts at the edges, which lets water behind the tile. We cut out the failed bead, clean and dry the joint, then apply fresh sanitary-grade sealant to baths, shower trays, basins, worktops and kitchen splashbacks. Curing time is explained before we go.

We work from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day of the week. Early morning and evening slots are popular with residents who work full time, so book ahead where you can. Same-day visits are sometimes possible, subject to availability on the day you call.
Yes. We quote a fixed price based on your description and photos, and confirm it on site before any work begins. If the technician finds something different from what was described, we pause, explain the options and requote rather than continuing.
