For Gold Club members, yes — the same named technician every visit, with a backup you've already met. For single bookings we send a trained member of our own team and tell you who's coming in advance.
Are your staff insured and verified?+
Yes. We're licensed and insured, and every technician is on our payroll, background-checked and trained to one standard — not dispatched from a marketplace.
How do I know the work was done properly?+
Every visit comes with before-and-after photos, timestamped, sent within the hour. If anything isn't right, we'll pull the photo report and re-do it at no charge.
Do you offer same-day service?+
Yes, subject to availability — and Gold Club members get same-day priority. Any urgency surcharge is always shown in your quote upfront.
